I just saw this at Frightfest as a special screening, and I have to say it is the best Halloween film I've ever seen (probably ever made*). It's like An American Werewolf in London in that it's both creepy and funny as hell. It's coming out on DVD in October, and I strongly suggest you get it.

It's three stories framed by the story about the little kid/trick or treater/ghost thing, right?

It's actually four interlinked stories without a framework story, but the little demon dude (Sam) is a common thread. It works really well. |

I'm surprised it's going direct-to-video with all of the positive reviews that it has garnered.
Yet, Robert will get 30+ million dollars to make two Halloween films.

I watched it yesterday as part of a "triple feature" horror day - Trick r Treat, followed by Satan's Little Helper. Then we went to see Paranormal Activity, which was creepy and intense.

What she mean by the one im looking for? Im looking for many. Whichone are you referecing the film where the guy sells his soul? When you say 'Robert' you mean Robert Wolfgang Zombie's Halloween remake? If so i cant believe he got 30 million for them.
